Job Description: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the visionary leader accountable for the company’s entire performance, strategy, and long-term financial health. This executive sets market direction, drives aggressive revenue growth, oversees all operational and financial metrics, and serves as the primary external representative to the Board, investors, and key partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project development and execution according to company’s strategic plan maintaining Public relation.
- Developing and implementing the company’s Project business plans to achieve growth and profitability. This includes identifying new leads, client dealing deal closing, project selling strategies and construction.
- Responsible for making Project decisions that will ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.
- Oversee all sales and marketing efforts along with sales and marketing campaign working with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to real estate.
- Building and leading a Project team, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to ensure that the project operations run smoothly.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This involves effective communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.
- Overseeing the marketing and branding efforts to promote the project services and properties. This includes building a positive public image and reputation.
- Handle project legal issues.
- Visit government offices related to real-estate (Malpot, Ward Naapi etc) depending on situation.
Job Specification:
- Master’s degree in business or management.
- Age:35yrs above
- Experience:10yrs-15yrs. At least 5-7 years in specific role
- Exceptional leadership quality.
- Proven executive leadership experience as CEO or Business Head, ideally within the Real estate Company is preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Visionary and forward-thinking.
