Job Description:
- Collect Acquisition Leads from the offer of different sources and keep database of Acquisition Leads.
- Determining organization’s need for additional land.
- Inspecting, appraising, and assessing property.
- Report preparation after technical, financial and market survey.
- Office and site based procurement planning of construction material.
- Mobilizing purchase executives for property inspection.
- Research potential land and provide details.
Other Specification:
- Master’s degree in business or relevant field.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Minimum 7 years experience in real estate projects or related field.
- Fluency in English and Nepali.
- Land related negotiation skills.
Note: Real estate background needed compulsory.
