Job Description:
- Conducting Sales Planning in line to the Business Strategies
- Maintaining a good rapport to the customers and stakeholders
- Conducting Business Visits, sales based activities and rigorous sales communications
- Leading the sales team (team development, training and motivation)
- Achieving the sales excellence through exceeding the set targets
- Contributing to develop a performance based culture and company identity
Other Specification:
- Completion of MBA or equivalent from reputed Institution
- A commendable 7 years experience in the real estate sales (Land, Housing, Towers)
- Good Rapport/PR in the market, strong liaison and networking skills
- A Sound knowledge of sales cycle, product process and market dynamics
- A strong verbal, written and presentation skill
Note: Real estate background needed compulsory.
